Squares...Because Even Round and Round Girl Needs A Break Sometimes

When Cynthia  and I got together for the Innovative Bead Expo several weeks back, I got these little flat square hematites.  Cynthia gave me these blue rounds and the bugles in both bracelets.

I like the look of these squares.  The first attempt was made with delicas, but the hematites demanded a little less structure than that.

Spring is creeping in.  Still no flowers, not even the bulbs.  But it now looks as though there will actually be warmth. How about in your neck of the woods?

I love your bracelets. The colors are great and I like squares! And, they look very wearable!
I hope you see some flowers and get some warmth that lasts soon. Have a good weekend.

you always amaze me at your endless possibilities with beads ... how does your mind create these patterns? I LOVE this about you! It took me a minute to realize what this pattern looked like, then it hit me ... it's your current FB icon with one extra bar. Equality with a a little extra for good measure... I like that.

I love the look of this pattern. These bracelets are so pretty. We are still waiting for flowers too. :( So far we just have some flowering trees and forsythia blooming.

Lovely! That the squares are ended with triangles is perfect, keeps the geometry going but adds a new angle :p

Spring is definetly here in Northern Virginia...the '80's begin on Sunday. Yuck!

I hope by now you are seeing flowers blooming and more days of warm weather. Here in Alabama summer is creeping in fast.
