oooh! love old barns, and ones with a grain silo .... even better! reminds me of driving through Oregon - you see them everywhere. One time when I was visiting home I had my mom driving me around the countryside so I could jump out and take pictures of old barns and silos. There is just something about them for me.

Looks like a barn and silo! A rather sad barn and silo though. It fits the snowy landscape too.

I love to take photos of old barns but my family sometimes balks at all the stops.

I was a cold day in February 2015 and I was hiking down on a country road in Pennsylvania. The last report I heard on the radio station I was listening to, was that the temps were going to drop and a snow storm was coming into the area. I had to find shelter from the cold and the storm. In the field across from where I was walking was an old barn and silo, it was not the best, but it was going to have to do until the storm blew over...

Love the photo Christine.

Wow! This structure has seen better days! I bet it has quite the story to tell.

Sure looks like one of a kind and I would imagine that this is what your land looks like ... very cold!

The beauty that's revealed as man-made structures slowly come apart. Nice shot. Love the name of the post.
