Kayaking "smaller" Lakes and walking the Shores of Lake Michigan, I came home with some Inspiration.....
The only day I did not seek inspiration on the water, I found it in Nawbin Beads, Traverse City MI...I got some of the same beads I got last year because they were that well loved by me and I wanted more. And as we know, more is never enough of the right bead. Sitting on the box lid are Petoskey Cabs, a Petoskey bead, and some Michigan Native Copper.

It sounds like you had a wonderful time on your vacation in Michigan. I can not wait to see what you create with some of those stones. Your treasures from the bead store are beautiful. I am on a bronze kick for some reason I seem to be including bronze in just about everything I have made this summer so far.

You vacation sounds awesome. I love the treasures you picked up at the bead store they are right up my summer palette this year. Anything orange has been my favorite.

Oh my all that pretty color! I can't decide what is my fav this year ...always turquoise though ... I think that always feels like summer!
