Bread Part II

It took me almost 2 months to make bread again. My intention was to make it weekly. C'est la vie!
I used the same basic whole wheat recipe and put it on cookie sheets this time instead of the loaf pan. I was hoping that the freedom of the cookie sheet would give it a nice crust. It did not disappoint~still a good, hearty bread and now with a crunchy crust! Oh Yeah!




The Birdman made his favorite potato and spinach soup for these babies! It is as good as it looks!

Wow - that looks amazingly delicious. Two of my favorite foods - soup in a bread bowl! I have to still wait on the bread til I get to goal, but I'm going to have to try making some bread this summer.
